Eurosell Windows warrant their vinyl window extrusions for as long as the purchaser owns the residence the windows were installed into subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, that said vinyl window extrusions will not rot, rust, crack, warp, pit, corrode, peel or blister when installed in a vertical plane in accordance with the recommendations and specifications of Eurosell Windows warranty may be assigned or transferred to subsequent owners.

This warranty covers only defects in workmanship and material of Eurosell vinyl window extrusions and does not include defects of damages attributable to or resulting from the installation of such windows into new or existing structures. Eurosell Windows does not warrant against the effects of, or damages caused by accident, fire, flood, vandalism, abuse, harmful fumes, vapours or chemicals, building heat or excessive temperature exposure.

All claims against the warranty are expressly limited, at the option Eureosell windows, to either repair of, or replacement of the defective material, or refund of the original purchase price.This warranty is void if any modifications are made to Eurosell vinyl windows by any other than Eurosell production and/or service personnel, or without the expressed written permission of Eurosell Windows.

Eurosell Windows reserves the right to discontinue or change any vinyl window system.If such vinyl system has been discontinued or is not available, Eurosell Window reserves the right to substitute such vinyl window system of equal quality as may be available.

This warranty will not apply to:
1) Products that have been installed incorrectly.
2) Products which have been damaged as a result of structural movement or setting, or product cleaning.
3) Products which have been removed from the original installation location.
4) Products used outside Canada and the United States.
